A | राज्य ब्यूरो, चंडीगढ़। हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने कांग्रेस पर बरसों से बूथ कैप्चरिंग और वोटों की चोरी का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस का इतिहास फर्जीवाड़े का रहा है। वर्ष 1946 में कांग्रेस के आंतरिक चुनाव में लौह पुरुष सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल को 14 वोट और पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरू को केवल एक वोट मिला था। फिर भी नेहरू को विजेता घोषित कर दिया गया था। यही असली बूथ कैप्चरिंग थी।,मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कांग्रेस कथित 'फर्जी वोटिंग' को लेकर बिना वजह हल्ला मचा रही है, जबकि यही पार्टी अपने पूरे राजनीतिक इतिहास में फर्जीवाड़े के साथ भ्रष्टाचार और लोकतंत्र की हत्या की जिम्मेदार रही है। सैनी ने कहा कि बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ के नारे पर विपक्ष का विधानसभा में विरोध दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण रहा है।,मानसून सत्र की समाप्ति के बाद मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने जानकारी दी कि 22 से 27 अगस्त तक चले मानसून सत्र में चार बैठकें हुईं। इसी सत्र में श्री गुरु तेग बहादुर जी के 350वें शहीदी वर्ष को श्रद्धापूर्वक मनाने का प्रस्ताव पारित हुआ। सदन में छह विधेयक सर्वसम्मति से पास किए गए।,मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्ष 2009 के विधानसभा चुनावों में पूर्व मंत्री सुखबीर कटारिया से जुड़ा बोगस वोटिंग मामला चर्चा में रहा। उनके खिलाफ मतदाता सूची में हेरफेर करने, फर्जी वोटर आइडी कार्ड बनाने और झूठे दस्तावेजों के इस्तेमाल के आरोप लगे थे।,इस मामले में वर्ष 2013 में दो नई एफआइआर दर्ज हुईं हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह वही कांग्रेस पार्टी है, जिसने आपातकाल लगाकर लोगों के संवैधानिक अधिकारों का गला घोंटा और चुनावों में धांधली की परंपरा स्थापित की। हरियाणा की जनता जानती है कि कांग्रेस सरकार के समय बूथ कैप्चरिंग, दबाव, शराब और पैसे बांटकर वोट खरीदना आम बात हुआ करती थी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विपक्ष द्वारा बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ कार्यक्रम पर सवाल उठाना दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। यह कार्यक्रम इसलिए शुरू करना पड़ा, क्योंकि कांग्रेस सरकार के समय लिंगानुपात बहुत कम हो गया था। वर्ष 2014 में जब कांग्रेस सत्ता छोड़कर गई तो प्रदेश में लिंगानुपात 871 था और प्रदेश पर कन्या भ्रूण हत्या का कलंक था। हमारी सरकार ने इस कलंक को धोने का कार्य किया। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने 22 जनवरी 2015 को पानीपत से राष्ट्रव्यापी ‘बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ’कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप आज प्रदेश में लिंगानुपात की दर सुधरकर 910 हो गई है।,एक प्रश्न का जवाब देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विपक्ष सरकार के हर फैसले का विरोध करता है, जबकि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के फैसलों की पूरी दुनिया सराहना कर रही है।,मुख्यमंत्री ने 1984 के दंगों से प्रभावित परिवारों को नौकरी देने के मुद्दे पर कहा कि यह निर्णय श्री गुरु तेग बहादुर जी के 350वें शहीदी दिवस को समर्पित है। यह राजनीति से जुड़ा नहीं है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कलेक्टर रेट और शराब ठेकों के मामले में विपक्ष पर सदन को गुमराह करने का आरोप लगाया। कानून व्यवस्था पर चर्चा के दौरान विपक्ष के बहिर्गमन पर उन्होंने कहा कि यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।,हमने उनकी हर बात सुनी, स्थगन प्रस्ताव स्वीकार किया, लेकिन जब सरकार ने जवाब दिया तो वे विरोध कर सदन से चले गए। पूरा प्रदेश देख रहा है कि कांग्रेस मुद्दे रहित है।。 Christmas is finally here, and Bollywood celebrities are celebrating the festive season with warmth, joy, and big smile.
